How it Works

• Once I receive your order, I will send you an email to let you know where to send your photos of your dog. Ideally front facing photos , close up of the face works best. Photos where I can clearly see their eyes Also I love looking through Instagram feeds to find photos that I think would work best.

• If the painting is memorial portrait, I invite you to submit an obituary of the dog to become a part of my Beyond A Cute Dog Painting Project. For more information about that project go here

• Turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks. If you need the painting by a particular date please let me know. I highly suggest holiday orders be placed as early as possible, even as early as summer.

• After I email you a scan of the final portrait , If you do not wish to purchase the painting, I will refund you all but 40% of the price non refundable fee , which is to cover a bit of my time and materials. Then the painting will be for sale to the general public.
